Joe undertook an apprenticeship at Rockbeare Manor whilst studying alongside his course at Exeter College.
Supported and encouraged by Head Chef Ben, Joe worked hard, and this hard work paid off and lead to him achieving a Distinction in his Commis Chef, Level 2.
He has worked incredibly hard and it's been a pleasure to see his skills and confidence develop over the course of his apprenticeship. During the busy summer season he has been a committed and key member of the kitchen team, taking responsibility and producing some amazing food.
After a travelling adventure over the winter period - Joe will be back with the team at Rockbeare Manor for summer 2025, taking on the role of Chef de Partie.
